Watercress Way Mindfulness Walk

Join Rebecca James on this evening mindful walk along the chalk steams of the River Alre, along the Watercress Way.

Why mindful walking?

  • Deepens your connection to nature

  • Is an exceptional way to practice flexible awareness

  • Will lower heart rate and blood pressure

  • Promotes more restful sleep

  • Helps us to move from the ruminative, anxious mind and connect in with the physical body and the present moment

No previous experience necessary, Rebecca will be there to offer any guidance. The walk will last approximately 40 minutes.

This event is supported by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, Watercress & Winterbournes project.
