Spring maintenance completed at Martyr Worthy

Efforts have been put in place to significantly improve safety and enjoyment for walkers along the way, ensuring the condition is preserved ahead of the busy spring season. With the generous help from volunteers from the Hampshire Monday Group, we have completed clearance of the footpath from Bridgets Lane bridge to the Grace Farm boundary. The team have removed overgrown vegetation and improved access along the route, and new waymarkers have been installed at Bridgets Lane to guide walkers.

A small amount of tidying and burning of cuttings is still left to finish the job. We would welcome volunteers to help with this final clearance task, and anyone able to assist with tidying and supervised bonfire work is invited to join a short volunteer session.
